Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Springfield, MA is seeking a Customer Service/Gas Station Attendant for a full-time role at our car wash facility. You will greet customers, guide drivers, process payments, and support the detail department.

Job Description

• Greet customers as they drive up to payment station and tunnels.
• Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor.
• Deliver excellent service to all customers; positive interactions including answering questions.
• Manage customer's accounts; updating credit card information as needed, upselling, etc.
• Operate cash register and process payments inside for those customers who don’t drive up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility.
• Empty trash cans around Vacuum site and facility.
• Maintain clean restrooms.
• Attend team meetings.
• Assist detail department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
• This position has the ability to earn commissions based on selling memberships.

Environmental & Physical Requirements

• This position requires you to work in various weather conditions.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
• May also be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
