Spring Up in Conover, NC is seeking a production worker to assemble frames for manufacturing overhead components. You will set frames on bucks, staple burlap and bands, position springs, and secure them with anchors. Training is provided, and safety procedures must be followed to prevent injuries.

Candidates should be able to lift heavy frames, have a high school diploma, and work in a factory environment with attention to detail and teamwork.

BASIC FUNCTION

Spring up frames. Apply no sag springs in backs. Cover exposed springs with FLW

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set frame on bucks
• Staple burlap & steel bands
• Set twine, set spring in position and anchor
• Tie and anchor down springs.
• Cover springs with FLW
• Apply poly cover to the arms and set off bucks
• Exercises care and follows the proper safety procedures to prevent injuries to themselves and their co-workers.
