Job summary

Levy is seeking a Spring Training Operations Manager to oversee daily venue operations for the Spring Training season. You will ensure staffing, setup, inventory, safety, and service standards are met in a fast-paced event environment, while leading and supporting team members and collaborating with culinary and support departments.

You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance guest experience, while managing reports, inspections, and onboarding/training

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operations, hospitality, food service, or venue management.
  • Experience supervising or managing team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules as required.
  • Ability to comply with applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Partners with culinary and support departments to maintain efficient service.
  • Completes required operational reports, inspections, and documentation.
  • Supports hiring, onboarding, training scheduling, and development of team members.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, service execution, and cost control.

Job Summary:

The Spring Training Operations Manager oversees daily venue operations and service execution, ensuring staffing, setup, inventory, safety, and service standards are effectively managed throughout the Spring Training season. This role leads and supports team members, partners with culinary and support departments, and resolves operational needs in a fast-paced event environment. The Operations Manager also identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
