The MS&T team provides technical leadership and scientific expertise throughout the commercial product lifecycle, supporting the reliable manufacture, supply, and continued performance of marketed products. The team partners across functions to sustain and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, and technologies; assess and implement changes; investigate and resolve technical and quality issues; manage operational and product risks; support regulatory and quality-system compliance; and drive process robustness, knowledge management, continuous improvement, and lifecycle management. The intern will work with cross-functional teams to support change management, manufacturing process improvements, technical assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to quality systems, risk-based decision making, manufacturing operations, and project management within a regulated medical device and pharmaceutical environment.
