Camp Twin Lakes seeks Spring Program Leaders to work at our Winder and Rutledge, GA locations. The role focuses on growing leadership, thinking creatively, and facilitating groups in a dynamic camp environment.

You will work a 9-week contract starting the week of February 10, 2027 and ending Spril 25, 2027, with training from February 10-13, 2027. Each week includes 40 hours (Thu-Sun) with specific daily time slots; changes may occur based on programming needs.

Camp Twin Lakes (CTL) provides year-round therapeutic camping programs for children, adolescents, adults, and families living with serious illnesses, disabilities, and life challenges. Camp Twin Lakes hosts camps at three fully accessible and medically supportive Camp Sites, located in Rutledge and Winder, Georgia. Camp Twin Lakes partners with more than 60 local non-profit organizations, each serving a specific diagnosis or challenge. For more information, please visit our website at www.camptwinlakes.org.

We are seeking to hire Spring Program Leaders to work at our locations in Winder and Rutledge, GA.

As a Spring Program Leader at Camp Twin Lakes (CTL), we expect you will grow in your ability to think creatively, facilitate for small and large groups, work independently as well as collaboratively with a team, adapt to changes rapidly, develop time management skills, and much more while at camp. Your development as a leader is vital to CTL and to the success of our programs. Along with being a fun experience, you will develop crucial skills that will help you become a successful professional.

Dates Required

This position is a 9 week contract position starting the week of February 10, 2027 and ending Spril 25, 2027. The position will begin with training on Wednesdfay, February 10, 2027 through Saturday, February 13, 2027. Each week will be 40 hours Thursday - Sunday with the following time requirements:

• Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 12pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-10pm, Sunday 8am-4pm
