Job summary

Hurley & Associates is seeking a Developer Intern to join our development team for an 8-week Spring Internship Program. You will work with our developers to design and develop internal applications, researching UI/UX trends and updating existing applications.

The internship is paid on a competitive weekly salary and offers college credit opportunities. Responsibilities include implementing testing procedures, collaborating with users to understand needs, and contributing to web applications

Qualifications

• Three semesters completed toward a related Bachelor's Degree.

Job description

Developer intern will join our development team and will be working with our developers to design and develop high-quality internal applications. The developer's responsibilities include researching UI and UX trends, updating current applications, and working with colleagues to brainstorm innovative ideas for new applications.

The duration of the Spring Internship Program is 8 weeks in length. Hurley & Associates is supportive of receiving credit hours for the internship. Interns are paid a competitive weekly salary.

Responsibilities

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Familiarity with code versioning tools, like GIT
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio Code / Visual Studio Professional
• Familiarity of Object-Oriented Programming Language C# preferred
• Familiarity of SQL
• Familiarity with Azure or other Cloud technologies
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal skills

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Completed 3 semesters of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
