Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration with graduation May 2027.
• Must commit to Spring program at least 25 hrs per week.
• Must have 1+ year experience since Aug 2022 in Sales, Military service, collegiate student athlete, or student leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents in 3 years; 1 must fall off within 12 months).
• No DWI/DUI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management internship tasks across operations, customer service, and marketing strategy development.
• Engage in projects and friendly competition with peers; potentially earn performance incentives and referral rewards.
• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
