• Commit to the Spring program by working at least 25 hours per week.
• 1+ year of experience since Aug 2022 in Sales, military service, collegiate athlete, or student leadership.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Internship Program and be placed in various business areas to learn leadership and operations.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Complete intern projects; participate in friendly competitions and may receive incentives.
