Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Spring 2027 Management Internship in Kingwood, TX. This paid internship runs 25 hours per week, focusing on leadership and hands-on business experience to mirror full-time professional challenges early in your career.

You’ll learn to manage a fleet, build customer relationships, craft marketing strategies, and grow with peers in a team-based setting as you complete meaningful intern projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of May 2027
• Must be willing to commit to our Spring program minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales); Military service; Collegiate student athlete; Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities
