Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an ambitious Spring 2027 Management Internship in Katy, TX. This part-time program (25 hours/week) offers hands-on experience in business leadership and customer relations, designed for rising college seniors and MBA students.

You’ll rotate through operations, marketing, and trainee roles, completing real projects and competing in friendly challenges. Pay is $17/hour, with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in bachelor’s degree or MBA, graduating May 2027.
• Available spring part-time 25 hours/week.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience since Aug 2022 in sales, military service, student leadership, or collegiate athlete.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
