Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to Spring program, minimally 25 hrs per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in Sales, Military service, collegiate student athlete, or student leadership role.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record (limited at-fault incidents).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotational exposure across management functions; learn to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; may earn performance incentives and referral rewards.
