Genentech in South San Francisco is offering a Spring Intern position in gRED Business Operations (Systems & Process). The team focuses on simplifying processes, enabling automation, and reducing organizational friction to boost efficiency.

The internship lasts 6 months, full-time (40 hours/week) with January 2027 start, based in California. A location-based stipend helps offset internship costs, and interns will own impactful projects alongside top biotech professionals.

Formación

• Pursuing or attained one of the listed degrees.
• Majors include Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Biology, Biotechnology, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; aligns with company values Integrity, Courage, Passion.
• Willingness to develop skills for automation and AI-assisted tools in operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management support for systems and process improvement projects.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and assess their effectiveness.
• Assist in mapping and analyzing business processes to support system improvement initiatives.
• Lead and support development and implementation of value-added business process improvement and AI-assisted automation solutions.
