Qualifications

Must be pursuing a Master’s degree (enrolled student).
Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student).
Major in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Biomedical Informatics, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and refine functional prototypes for AI agent workflows and interactive QA tasks.
Design a general-purpose evaluation framework to benchmark LLM outputs, agent reliability, tool calls, and reasoning accuracy.
Develop guardrails to ensure safe, compliant agent outputs in healthcare contexts.
Write clean Python code to integrate LLMs with internal APIs, search tools, and structured data sources.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on feedback.
Present project findings, system architectures, and evaluation metrics to the team at internship end.
