Position: Spring Coiling Engineering Technician

Hours/Shift: 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Hire Type: Direct Hire, hourly with full benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and program CNC coiling and winding machinery
2. Set up and maintain equipment for optimal performance
3. Ensure quality control and precision in manufacturing processes
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
5. Monitor production efficiency and output
6. Follow clean room protocols and safety procedures
7. Train and mentor other team members as needed
8. Maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
10. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years experience working with CNC Spring Coiling machinery
