Sanofi in Waltham, MA is offering a 4 to 6 month Spring Co-op in Site Management Operations. You will work with the US Vaccine R&D Site Operations team, supporting site activities, dashboards, and cross-functional projects within a GxP-regulated environment.

Enrolled students pursuing life sciences, engineering, or related fields gain hands-on experience and mentorship while contributing to real site initiatives and continuous improvement in a fast-paced biotech context.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related fields.
• Must be enrolled at an accredited college for the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Willingness to relocate to the Waltham, MA location and commit to 40 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Assist Site Management Operations Leads with tracking ongoing site activities and deliverables.
• Support dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports; help monitor action items to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and prepare status updates for leadership.
