Job summary

Sanofi is offering a Spring Co-op in Site Management Operations based in Waltham, MA, focused on supporting the US Vaccine R&D Site Operations team. You will work alongside Site Management Operations Leads on day-to-day activities, dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional projects in a GxP-regulated environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/biotech operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while developing project coordination and documentation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Life Sciences, Chemical/Biochemical/Engineering, or related fields.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for long-term employment.
• Must relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Management Operations Leads with tracking site activities and deliverables.
• Support site dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports.
• Collect, compile, and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Draft SOPs, work instructions, and process maps.
• Coordinate capital projects and site improvement initiatives.
