Job summary

You will gain hands‑on experience in upstream bioprocess development, perform data analysis with Spotfire/JMP, and present findings to the group, supporting real projects that advance healthcare.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's or PhD in biotechnology, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or related field
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at application time
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university for the duration of the co‑op/internship
• Must be able to relocate to Framingham and work 40hrs/week Monday‑Friday for the full duration

Responsibilities

• Design experimental studies and operate high‑throughput cell culture bioreactors (Ambr15 & Ambr250)
• Conduct mammalian cell culture work (CHO cells) in a sterile lab
• Perform media preparation and bench‑top bioreactor operations
• Execute literature searches to support parameter optimization
• Compile and analyze data using Spotfire, JMP and other tools
• Prepare and deliver presentations at team and group meetings
• Collaborate with the Cell Culture Bioprocess team on ongoing projects
