Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Spring Co-op in Site Management Operations in Waltham, MA for a 6-month program. The role supports the US Vaccine R&D Site Operations team and works with Site Management Operations Leads on day-to-day activities and cross-functional projects in a GxP-regulated environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in life sciences, engineering, or related fields, with strong organizational and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's program in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Operations Management, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Able to relocate to the office and commit to 40 hours per week for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Management Operations Leads with tracking site activities, action items, and deliverables.
• Support dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports for site operations.
• Follow up on action items, corrective actions, and commitments to ensure timely closure.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare summaries and reports for site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain tracking tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI) and assist with SOPs and process maps.
• Coordinate site improvement initiatives, capital projects, and change management activities.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and resource needs; flag risks to Operations Leads.
• Support facilities tasks, maintenance planning, and asset records accuracy.
