Job summary

Sanofi in Waltham, MA is seeking a 2027 Spring Co‑op for Site Management Operations. You will support the US Vaccine R&D Site Operations team under the guidance of Site Management Operations Leads, driving day‑to‑day activities and cross‑functional projects in a GxP environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must remain enrolled throughout the duration of the co‑op/internship.
• Willing to relocate to the office and work 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Management Operations Leads with tracking ongoing site activities and deliverables.
• Support preparation and maintenance of site dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports.
• Capture action items, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Collect data and prepare summaries for site leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Help develop and maintain tracking tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Draft SOPs and work instructions; assist with process maps as needed.
