Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, or other related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required
• Must have completed one year of school by the start of the co-op

• Drive and influence continuous improvement activities in collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering departments
• Supervise key operational performance indicators and report results versus the established business goals and objectives
