Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated Automation & Robotics Spring Co-op to support the development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions and intelligent manufacturing technologies. You will work with experienced engineers to improve processes, develop automation apps, and analyze system performance.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Basic programming in Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of automation and mechanized systems.
- Develop scripts, tools, and software to automate workflows.
- Support system integration, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in hardware and software testing, verification, and documentation.
- Assist with edge computing and IoT solutions for manufacturing.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize data from automated equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPI, Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Operations).
