SSOE Group is seeking a Structural Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027 in Toledo, OH. This onsite position requires daily presence at our Toledo office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering program in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Rising-Junior or Senior year preferred.
• Registered with the Office of Professional Experience Program or equivalent.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Salary range: $20–$23 per hour depending on year in school.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee.
• Basic computer, Revit or AutoCAD skills a plus.
• Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures for field of study.
• Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
• Occasional local travel may be required for client visits. Valid driver’s license required. May be waived for international assignments.
