Qualifications

Familiarity with Georgia legislative and committee processes.

Responsibilities

Develop budget recommendations for the current and upcoming fiscal years.
Provide research and analysis on budgetary issues for state government operations.
Review agencies' operating budgets for compliance with appropriations acts and policy goals.
Develop the state's strategic plan and alignment of agency support.
Conduct research in policy areas—education, health, public safety, economic development, transportation.
