Job summary

Genentech is offering a 6-month, full-time paid internship in the PTQ Project Management Office in South San Francisco. You will support the management of projects and portfolios, assist in data preparation, and contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement across the PTQ PMO.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, learning through ambiguity, and prioritizing multiple demands. A stipend is provided; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student) or must have attained a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student) or must have attained a Master's Degree.
• Majors: Life Science, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Liberal Arts or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of projects and portfolios.
• Assist in preparing data to help projects deliver systemic change and measurable value.
• Contribute to the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the PTQ Project Management Office.
• Assist in the planning, mobilization, execution, and delivery of PMO initiatives.
• Support the adoption of new processes, systems, and digital enablers by participating in workshops, agile sprints, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other priorities as assigned by the Head of the PTQ Project Management Office.
