Imperial Supplies LLC, a Grainger Company, invites you to join our Outside Sales Intern program in Green Bay for Spring 2027. This paid internship runs 12 weeks with up to 20 hours per week, and periodic in-office collaboration to support team engagement.

You’ll gain exposure to powerfully combining customer research, data insights, and sales processes while working with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a 2- or 4-year accredited college in a relevant course of study.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build dynamic PowerPoint presentations.
• Conduct customer research via data platforms and web research.
• Understand the importance of Big Data in business.
• Create Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs and charts to engage customers.
• Understand how cross-functional teams operate in an agile environment.
• Learn how sales teams navigate through the selling process.
• Learn Imperial’s core markets and how to influence sales.
• Manage projects with multiple initiatives while prioritizing.
