Job summary

Imperial Supplies LLC, a Grainger Company, based in Green Bay, is seeking an Outside Sales Intern for Spring 2027. This paid internship lasts 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week, with periodic in-office collaboration and engagement.

You will gain exposure to cross-functional teams, customer research, and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint, while learning Imperial's core markets and how to influence sales.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a 2- or 4-year accredited college in a relevant course of study
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build dynamic PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct customer research through data platforms and web research
• Understand the role of Big Data in business
• Create Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs and charts to engage customers

Outside Sales Intern - Spring 2027

Our downtown Green Bay headquarters is full of dynamic and fun people who want to share their knowledge!

As an intern at Imperial, we'll help you design an experience that meets your learning objectives while helping you explore how the areas of our business relate and interact. You'll enjoy a variety of day-to-day work assignments, cross-functional meetings, exposure to executive leadership, and soft skill development.

Imperial Supplies is a growing distributor of fleet maintenance products. We've been based in Green Bay since 1958 and have a strong history of double-digit annual growth!

Internship details

• Paid internship starting in Spring 2027


• Duration of 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week, depending on student interest and availability


• Expectation to work from the Green Bay office periodically to support collaboration, facilitation, and team engagement


• Willing to provide supporting documentation for students seeking school credit
