SUMMARY

The Operations Co-op supports daily business and manufacturing operations while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional work environment. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, analyze data, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with operational projects. The co‑op will develop practical skills in problem‑solving, project management, process optimization, and operational efficiency while contributing to department goals. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operational and production activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support decision‑making.
• Support continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
