PCC Airfoils, LLC is seeking an Operations Co-op to support daily production activities and daily business operations at the Douglas, GA site. You will collect and analyze data, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

The Operations Co-op supports daily business and manufacturing operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes, analyze data, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with operational projects. The co-op will develop practical skills in problem-solving, project management, process optimization, and operational efficiency while contributing to department goals. Candidates should be detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
