Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited engineering degree program.
• Sophomore or higher standing with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Willing to use AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Able to read assembly prints with training.
• Interest in embedded systems or PCB design.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with experienced engineers to design, test, document, and validate new components and products
• Build, document, and validate the electro-mechanical performance of motors, gearmotors, blowers, drives, software, circuitry, and other products
• Conduct tests, analyze data, and provide formal report-outs on findings and recommendations
• Create and support the development of technical documentation
