Enterprise Holdings is seeking a management internship in Anchorage, AK. This paid program offers university students real-world leadership experience in a team environment across sales, customer service, and operations.
The 12-week program runs around your academic calendar with 25 hours per week at $20/hour, starting January 6, 2027 or March 29, 2027, and concluding June 11, 2027. You'll complete internships, projects, and potentially incentives while building enterprise-management skills.

This position offers hourly compensation of $20 per hour.
This position is part-time (25 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options, we will work around your class schedule: January 6th, 2027 - March 26th, 2027 or March 29th, 2027 - June 11th, 2027 ( Dates are non-negotiable ).
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
