Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship in Charleston offers university students real-world business and leadership experience as a paid intern. From day one you’ll tackle challenges alongside our trainees, learning to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships.

The Spring program pays $18/hour, runs 25 hours/week for 10–12 weeks, starting February 5, 2027, at an Enterprise office in the Charleston area.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in May 2027.
• 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in future.
• Availability to start Feb 5, 2027 and work 25 hours per week for 10-12 weeks.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This Spring Internship offers compensation of $18 / hour and is located at an office in the Charleston area.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Current college\university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in May 2027
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be available to start Feburary 5th, 2027 and have the availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
