Job summary

O-I is offering a Spring 2027 Supply Chain (Logistics) Internship in Perrysburg, OH. The intern will support procurement, freight tendering, data analysis, inventory tracking, and production order management, gaining exposure to multiple Supply Chain areas.

The role involves leading small projects, presenting updates, and recommending improvements to management. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Supply Chain degree, with strong English communication and analytical skills, able to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (logistics, purchasing/sourcing, operations, and transportation).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required.
• You’re legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (visa sponsorship not provided for internships).

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamental business processes including; plant procurement, freight tendering, data analysis, inventory tracking, and production order management.
• Be asked to lead smaller projects and provide updates, elevate issues and make improvement recommendations to management.
• Projects may include: Create and maintain key Supply Chain KPI’s including inventory and forecast accuracy; Spend Analysis; Master Data Analysis; Freight tendering; Procurement and Business Process Reviews; Transportation spend data analysis.
