Responsibilities

• Support qualitative and quantitative research tasks, including data input and recruitment.
• Develop survey instruments and dashboards using Qualtrics; analyze data.
• Assist with journey mapping and data monitoring for customer experience strategy.
• Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and related apps.
