Job summary

Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. in Princeton, MN is seeking a Sprayer II to join our team. This role performs all duties of Sprayer I and additional spray-related tasks to support our custom cabinet production.

Schedule is 1st shift, Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM–3:15 PM with overtime as needed; salary range is $22.45–$26.95 per hour plus $1 paint pay. Benefits include comprehensive medical and dental plans, HSA, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Experience with spray painting/paint equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains sprayer guns and related painting equipment.
• Receives jobs in order of schedule.
• Sprays surfaces, frames and cabinets with primers, sealers, top coats and enamel.
• Monitors all work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintains the work area in a clean, safe and orderly fashion.
• Performs other Paint Department duties as needed.

Job Summary:

The Sprayer II is responsible for performing all duties of the Sprayer I position plus a variety of additional sprayer functions.

Job Duties:
