Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spray Technician, based in Greater Orlando. The Spray Technician will be responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to lawns and landscapes. Daily tasks include mixing and handling chemicals safely, maintaining the spray truck and Z spray equipment. Identifying and addressing plant health issues and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, and their safe application
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, and irrigation systems
• Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Must be able to bend, walk and carry products as needed.
• Valid driver's license with 3 or more years of driving experience. Driver license cannot have any suspensions or excessive speeding in the last 3 years.
• Certification in pesticide application or relevant field experience is a plus
