Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Harvey Spray Painter in NH to prepare surfaces, mix coatings and apply finishes to products and structures. The role emphasizes safety, proper handling of paints, and maintaining equipment while delivering high-quality results.

The candidate will inspect finished work, follow environmental regulations, and keep accurate records. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication with shop staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of Quality/MFG experience in a non-electronics/non-food setting.
• Experience using measuring equipment (Tape Measure and Calipers).
• Basic knowledge reading technical drawings and inspection equipment.
• Strong problem solving and process improvement aptitude.
• Able to read, write and speak English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, clean, sand, mask or prime as needed.
• Mix paints and coatings per specs and product requirements.
• Operate spray guns, booths and related painting equipment.
• Apply paints evenly for quality, durable finishes.
• Inspect finished work for quality and consistency.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment and paint booths.
