Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Harvey Spray Painter to prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, and ensure high-quality finishes on products and structures. You will operate spray equipment, follow safety protocols, and maintain records of materials used. Overtime may be required, typically Monday-Friday.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team or independently, and proficiency with basic measuring tools. Site address is 30 Jacks Bridge Rd., Londonderry, NH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years quality/MFG experience in a non-electronics/non-food setting.
• Experience using measuring equipment (tape measure and calipers).
• Basic knowledge in inspection equipment and reading technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems and tolerances.
• Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming.
• Mix paints, coatings, and materials according to specifications and product requirements.
• Operate spray guns, booths, and related painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply paint or coatings evenly to achieve a high-quality, durable finish.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and paint booths.
• Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and ventilation systems.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and jobs completed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Additional overtime as required with notice, typically limited to Monday-Friday
