Job summary

New England Industrial Coatings, Inc. in Webster, MA is seeking an experienced coating professional to join our powder and paint operations. This full-time role requires Class A/B finishing experience and the ability to operate spray equipment, measure materials, and prep surfaces.

We offer a safety-focused shop, opportunities to grow with the team, and a performance-based bonus along with paid time off. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to lift heavy items as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate and use pressure pots, HVLP, standard, and airless spray systems.
• Work with limited supervision and set priorities independently.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Capable of interpreting facts and making decisions per company standards.
• Demonstrates sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray painting equipment to provide Class A & B paint application standards
• Measure, mix and prepare paint materials
• Operate media blasting equipment to clean and prepare parts and components for coating applications.
• Operate, clean and maintain machinery and fixtures in shop environment
• Operate power equipment
• Surface prep parts prior to coating
• Additional duties as requested or required
