iFOAM Insulation in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a spray foam installer to join our fast-growing team. The role involves on-site installation under the supervision of an Operations Manager, leading a crew from preparation through cleanup, and coordinating with project staff to ensure quality workmanship on residential retrofit projects and light commercial builds.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 4+ years of spray foam experience, knowledge of local codes, ability to read

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of spray foam experience.
• Working knowledge of spray foam equipment.
• Ability to read drawings and spray accordingly.
• Valid driver’s license and pre-employment screening clearance.
• Experience with blown-in, batt and air sealing.
• Residential retrofit experience including attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory with warehouse team.
• Performs installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Manages a crew and job from start to finish, from prep to clean up.
• Uses technical resources to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Monitors progress and completion of tasks.
• Completes task-related activities and documentation promptly.
• Must have strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Travels as required and works on-site.
