R-Pro Insulation is seeking a Spray Foam Technician to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. You will apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam across residential and commercial projects in Columbus and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or insulation installation.
• Ability to safely work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read measurements and installation specifications.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings.
• Prepare job sites, masking and surface protection.
• Set up and operate spray foam rigs and proportioners safely.
• Monitor material temperatures, pressures, and ratios.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Trim overspray and remove excess foam.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams for proper insulation placement.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
