R-Pro Insulation is seeking a Spray Foam Technician to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. You will apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam across residential and commercial projects in Columbus and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or insulation installation.
- Ability to safely work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read measurements and installation specifications.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
Responsibilities
- Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare job sites, masking and surface protection.
- Set up and operate spray foam rigs and proportioners safely.
- Monitor material temperatures, pressures, and ratios.
- Read blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
- Trim overspray and remove excess foam.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams for proper insulation placement.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.

- Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring consistent thickness, coverage, and quality.
- Prepare job sites, including masking, surface preparation, and protection of adjacent surfaces and finishes.
- Set up, operate, and maintain spray foam rigs, proportioners, hoses, and spray guns safely and efficiently.
- Monitor material temperatures, pressures, and ratios to ensure proper yield and cure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to building codes and project standards.
- Trim, scrape, and remove overspray and excess foam.
- Work with project managers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure proper insulation placement and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and follow all safety protocols.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Work in a variety of environments, including outdoor and indoor job sites.
- Perform tasks at heights such as attics, ladders, scaffolding, and commercial ceilings.
- Enter tight or confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and mechanical rooms.
- Lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required:
- Hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or insulation installation.
- Ability to safely work in varied physical conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to accurately read measurements and follow installation specifications.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
Preferred:
- Experience applying open-cell or closed-cell spray foam.
- Experience operating and maintaining spray foam rigs and proportioning equipment.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices.
- OSHA safety knowledge or willingness to follow company safety procedures.
