• Experience with spray foam insulation in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to operate and maintain spray rigs and proportioning equipment.
• Attention to detail for site prep and quality control.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety guidelines and PPE.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork with crew and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by masking, ventilation, and surface readiness.
• Mix and calibrate spray foam chemicals; monitor temperature and pressure.

• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to verify quality.

Job Location: In-Person, $20-$28/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Our client is a leading provider of installation services for residential and commercial building projects. They are seeking a Spray Foam Insulation Installer to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Spray Foam Insulation Installer:

• Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation using specialized equipment in various structures
• Prepare job sites by masking, setting up ventilation, and ensuring surfaces are ready for application
• Mix and calibrate spray foam chemicals, monitoring temperature and pressure for optimal results
• Trim excess foam, seal gaps, and perform touch-ups to ensure complete insulation coverage
• Operate and maintain spray rigs, hoses, and safety systems to prevent equipment failure
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to verify quality and adherence to specifications

Your skills and experience:

• Experience with spray foam insulation application in residential or commercial settings
• Ability to operate and maintain proportioning equipment and spray rigs
• Strong attention to detail for site preparation and quality control
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety guidelines and use of protective equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with crew and supervisors
