Job summary

ETS Staffing in Williston, VT is seeking an Insulation Installer to join our field team. This in-person role offers $23 per hour, first shift, Monday–Friday, with excellent benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $2,000.

You will install fiberglass insulation in diverse buildings, collaborate with the crew to stay on schedule, and cut and fit materials while maintaining safety standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with insulation installation or related construction trades preferred.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity for handling materials and tools.
