Job summary

TC Hafford Basement Systems is hiring an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Installer to help make homes more comfortable and energy efficient. This hands-on role involves installing foam in attics, basements and crawl spaces, and may lead to a foreman position based on background.

You will set up and operate spray foam equipment, monitor application quality, perform air sealing, and keep work areas safe and clean while delivering a professional, respectful customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on spray foam installation experience required.
• Attics, basements and crawl spaces work.
• Potential to advance to foreman depending on background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work areas and install spray foam insulation using company‑approved methods.
• Monitor foam application, coverage, and consistency to deliver quality results.
• Perform air sealing to help reduce drafts and air leakages.
• Remove existing insulation and install blown‑in cellulose insulation.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain spray foam equipment, tools and materials.
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues and keep jobs moving.
• Load and unload company vehicles, protect customers’ homes, and leave work areas clean.
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Work with your crew to provide a professional, respectful customer experience.
• Candidate hired as a foreman will also lead the crew, coordinate daily work, communicate with homeowners, and take responsibility for job quality and completion.
