Job summary

Perma-Seal Basement Systems in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking an experienced Spray Foam Crew Chief to lead a residential insulation crew. This hands-on leadership role requires deep spray foam and blown-in insulation knowledge and the ability to guide a team on job sites.

You’ll manage workflow, uphold safety and quality, train crew members, and communicate with homeowners, while maintaining organized work sites and adhering to codes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of attic insulation experience.
• 3–5 years of crew leadership or lead installer experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with spray foam and blown-in insulation.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces, and varying temperatures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of attic insulation experience

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily

Preferred (Not Required)

• Residential construction or home improvement background
• OSHA or safety certifications
• Experience working directly with homeowners
