Qualifications

• Hands-on spray foam installation experience is required.
• May join as installer with potential for foreman position depending on background and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work areas and install spray foam insulation using company-approved methods.
• Monitor foam application, coverage, and consistency to deliver quality results.
• Perform air sealing to help reduce drafts and air leakages.
• Remove existing insulation and install blown-in cellulose insulation.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain spray foam equipment, tools and materials.
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues and keep jobs moving.
• Load and unload company vehicles, protect customers' homes, and leave work areas clean.
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Work with your crew to provide a professional, respectful customer experience.
• Candidate hired as a foreman will also lead the crew, coordinate daily work, communicate with homeowners, and take responsibility for job quality and completion.
