• Must have at least a 'meets expectations' rating if internal to Sherwin-Williams
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position if internal to Sherwin-Williams

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on spray equipment (airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers) at store or at customers' job sites
• Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment
• Educate other employees and customers on spray equipment
• Maintain inventory levels of spray parts and locate out-of-stock parts
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet store sales goals
