Job summary

ADM in Litchfield, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Process Worker to prepare raw materials for spray drying. This on-site role requires strict adherence to SOPs and GMPs, maintaining cleanliness, and safe operation of equipment.

Day shift 6am-6pm with overtime and possible weekend/holiday work. Base pay is $22/hour with overtime for qualifying hours; background check required and reporting to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• Appreciation for cleanliness and sanitation, keeping work area clean and organized.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow and enforce all GMPs.
• Understanding of HACCP importance.
• Maintain and enforce SQF guidelines.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and wear appropriate apparel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain packaging, de-packing, CIP, and COP of equipment.
• Fill out work order requests from wet process equipment for repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment.
• Prepare all products for spray drying by following batch records or directions.
• Conduct major and minor cleaning of dryer, wet side, and packaging equipment.
• Report any safety/quality issues and escalate to management.
