Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in compounding powders and raw materials.
• Hands-on experience with chemical mixing, compounding, and batch making processes.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or similar production settings involving raw material handling and blending.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a GMP environment and consistently follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure ingredients using scales and other measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve ingredients and verify materials match batch requirements.
• Accurately measure ingredients using scales for precise batch formulations.
• Mix ingredients per batch instructions and load into equipment.
• Identify solids needing melting and heat as required.
• Document all process events and maintain batch records.
