Job summary

Decore is seeking a production associate to prepare surfaces for glue, mix products, and apply undercoats and finish coats using a spray gun on wooden pieces. You will follow quality standards and use provided equipment, materials, and labor to achieve consistent results.

Your daily tasks include setting up spray equipment, inspecting completed work, cleaning tools, recording daily usage, and maintaining safety. Must pass respiratory protection program and have 1–3 years of production experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of production experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of spray equipment and materials.
• Basic math skills.
• Must pass respiratory protection program.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Set up spray equipment according to approved techniques.
• Inspect finished work for quality and safety.
• Clean spraying equipment and tools with solvents.
• Maintain daily logs of chemical usage.
• Participate in 5S activities and ensure safe operations.
• Communicate across production areas.
